Someone was walking beside the road in pedestrian path and suddenly a learner car driver hit him/her then the person who was waling in pedestrian path became Victim of circumstances.
Someone has planned well to drive his business but mostly all business goes shut down due to lock down then the business owner became victim of circumstance.
There is no specific method or set of rules which can save us to became a victim of circumstance. All plans goes in hell when circumstances drive your life in its way.
Currently in India most people are loosing their life in second phase of Covid due to lacking of Oxygen supply in hospitals, It means people are loosing their life not due to Corona but due to lacking of Oxygen hence we can say that Lacking of Oxygen is a circumstance which makes lots of victims.
I hope most of people has faced already situations like that in their life which can determine the meaning of victim of circumstance.
I can say frankly that i am a victim of circumstances but alive tightly😀
