My heart is crying right now, thinking of friends who have passed,
Knowing this life is so short, forever does not last,
We walk around saying, go ahead and take your time,
Not realizing, your tomorrow may not shine,
Tis again, why I say, live each moment, as if it were your last,
Let go, don't hold on, to what someone did in the past,
Forgive, better forget, for grudges hold pain,
Preventing you from feeling happy again.
If you love someone, don't let them go,
For their tomorrow, you just don't know,
While you're wasting time, clearing your head,
The someone you wanted, may end up dead.
I've been where I am speaking, I know it's true,
Regretting, you didn't get to say I truly love you.
If you knew the one you love, would leave this earth today,
What would you do and what would you say.
Better you then, do it immediately,
Or regret what you missed for eternity.
