Hi, all my friends from Steemit. In this afternoon I write a little bit about the resilience factors which are very close to us through day to day.
From a psychological perspective not only is the shock, the trauma, the impact, the adversity but it is based on the ability to perceive, reach an appropriation of that adversity and generate a rebound of it with the vision to release effects and build on the destroyed as a protective form of the integrity of the subject.
"Resilience is analyzed as the empowerment in the person, of all their abilities, be cognitive, ethical, emotional, physical among others" this is expressed by E. Sánchez (2002)
In other words, resilience evokes the ability of a subject to build a response to the blow, creating from itself a sense that addresses adversity and allows it to develop and succeed, this response is not born from the blow as such but from the possibility of the subject to interweave it in relation to the preservation of their identity, their values, their feelings and their dreams
Likewise, the Resilience factors are:
I am
Referring to the self-concept that the person elaborates from his internal world and inter-relational processes.
I have
Making a connection to the support of a social nature that allows the subject to feel support and containment in the face of adversity.
I can
Allowing to identify the strengths of skills and competence to generate alternatives for improvement.
I am
Based on the attitude or disposition that the person assumes from the impact that adversity has generated.
I feel
Identifying from the emotional states that are associated and experienced before experiencing the impact of adversity either at the time of occurrence of the adverse event itself or, in later stages of confrontation to it.
I hope you have been a great help, let me your comment.
