He saw them fighting and asked them to stop it but they didn't. As usual, he was a calm guy so they didn't give so much priority to his words and thought he wouldn't take any strict action.

Our problem is when someone is calm and quite we think he can't do anything . We don't give the respect which he/she deserves .
