When I see abandoned houses, I wonder what went wrong.
Is there no one to claim the house or take care of it.
The funny thing about the tumbling down is that it starts gradually, the fact that it was not given the proper attention makes it worse and eventually tumbling down.
I use to think cottage is used for old houses in the Stone age, in between rocks or houses made with sticks, plant leaves and so on. But a small house will do. And the fact that a small house is tumbling down means it was not well taken care of.
Maybe if the damage is not much, it can still be revived.
