I know the word creep is a bad word when used to describe a person, and it is not nice. I'm not really familiar with the word but I have seen it in movies a couple of times.
When I checked the meaning of the word, it means quite a lot of things depending on the context but it says it means being slow and mostly unnoticed. That's a major description of a snail.
I will say it is not nice to be judgy.
Judging people is wrong, especially when you do not know the half of it.
Maybe they are not a creep after all.
