The joy on the face of partners after a successful negotiation is priceless. Even though there might have been a lot of misunderstanding and arguments about the details of the negotiation, it'll all be forgotten after a good deal has been made.
It is important to note that the essence of a negotiation is to agree on a certain thing that is beneficial to both parties. This is why collective bargaining is good, it is very productive. Everyone come to the table with their ideas and opinions, at the end of the day they agree on what to go for.
