Very good morning people of hiver's, it is a pleasure to greet you, hoping you are very well, already in the middle of the week. I want to share this simple and easy to make project, and I really liked the fabric and its print, and I wanted to make a bag for shopping, it is also ideal, it could be for teachers, to carry folders, notebooks, in short, as it is a medium size, it has capacity to carry many things.
To take home the purchases we make at the market. And well here I explain the steps I did with this bag, I made with scraps of fabric that I have.
My materials:
Printed fabric.
Lining fabric.
Threads, scissors, tape measure, sewing machine.
This bag does not have a specific size, I simply cut a rectangle to the width and length of the fabric, which measures 36cm wide by 48cm long.
From this same measure I cut the green fabric that will be my lining.
Then for the handle I cut the printed fabric 5cm wide, and the green fabric 7cm wide, by 72cm long.
With another thinner strip of 105cm long to tie the bag.
To start making the bag, first I start with the handle, which I sew joining the printed and green fabrics, then I turn it over, and I made an over stitch on each side, I also make the thinner strip that will be placed inside to tie the bag.
Now with the rectangles I sew them to the sides, in this case only one side, since I cut the whole fabric, and I leave this seam on the back.
This is how I sewed the green fabric, but I left an opening in this part so I can turn the bag over when I close it with the seams.
I measure the fabric to be able to place the handle on the sides before joining the green and the printed fabric.
On the printed fabric I measure the middle and mark to be able to make some holes, where I will introduce the thin strip.
When I open the buttonhole with the scissors, I place a pin at the ends of the buttonhole, so I don't cut too much, it's a protection so we know how far the opening goes.
Here I make an over stitch on the edges leaving the puff pastry between the two seams, to then produce the thin strip that will tie the bag.
I close the fabrics at the bottom, and in each corner I made a 5cm wide seam to form the base of the bag, as shown in the picture.
Now I flip the bag over, and finally I place the thin strip that I put through the eyelets that I made. I also pass the seam through the opening of the green fabric so that everything is closed and neat.
Ready the fabric bag, very colorful for its prints, and that will be useful for everything, both to go shopping at the market, carry clothes, in short for whatever is necessary.
You can also carry it folded, since with its long strips it folds and ties very well, so you can put it inside your purse, since it does not take up much space and it is light.

Muy buen dia gente de hiver´s, es un gusto saludarles, esperando esten muy bien, ya a mitad de semana. Quiero en esta oportunidad compartir este proyecto sencillo y facil de hacer, y que me gusto mucho la tela su estampado, y quice hacer un bolso para las compras, tambien es ideal, pudiera ser para las maestras, para llevar carpetas, cuadernos, en fin, como es un tamaño mediano, tiene capacidad para llevar muchas cosas.
Para llevar a casa las compras que hacemos en el mercado. Y bueno aqui te explico los pasos que realice con este bolso, que hice con retazos de tela que tengo.
Mis materiales:
Tela estampada.
Tela de forro.
Hilos, tijera, cinta metrica, maquina de coser.
Este bolso no tiene una medidad especifica, simplemente corte un rectangulo al ancho y largo de la tela, la cual mide 36cm de ancho, por 48 de largo.
De esta misma medida corto la tela verde que sera mi forro.
Luego para el asa corte la tela estampada de 5cm de ancho, y la verde de 7cm de ancho, por 72cm de largo.
Con otra tira mas delgada de 105cm de largo para amarrar el bolso.
Para empezar a realizar el bolso, primero comienzo con el asa, la cual cosi uniendo las telas estampadas y verde, luego la volteo, y le hice una sobre costura a cada lado, Igualmente hago la tira mas delgada que va colocada dentro para amarrar el bolso.
Ahora con los rectangulos los coso a los lado, en este caso un solo lado, ya que corte la tela entera, y dejo esta costura que quede en la parte posterior.
Asi cosi la tela verde, pero a esta parte le deje una abertura para poder voltear el bolso cuando lo cierre con las costuras.
Mido la tela para poder colocar el asa a los lados antes de unir la tela verde y la estampada.
En la tela estampada mido la mitad y marco para poder hacer unos hojales, donde introducire la tira finita.
Cuando abro el hojal con la tijera, le coloco un alfiler en las terminaciones del hojal, para no cortar de mas, es una proteccion asi sabemos hasta donde llega la abertura.
Aqui le hago una sobre costura en los bordes dejando el hojal entre las dos costuras, para luego itroducir la tira finita que es la que va amarrar el bolso.
Cierro las telas en la parte de abajo, y en cada esquina le hice una costura de 5cm de ancho que formara la base del bolso, como se muestra en la foto.
Volteo ahora el bolso, y por ultimo le coloco la tira finita que paso por los hojales que le hice. Tambien paso la costura por la abertura de la tela verde asi queda todo cerrado y prolijo.
Listo el bolso de tela, muy colorido por sus estampas, y que se le dara utilidad para todo, tanto para ir de compras al mercado, llevar ropa, en fin para lo que sea necesario.
Tambien lo puedes llevar doblado, ya que con sus tiras largas muy bien se dobla y se amarrar, asi lo colocas dentro de tu cartera, ya que no ocupa mucho espacio y es liviano.
