My project today is a boxer that I made with very good and very soft lycra fabric, also ideal for these garments. And at once I start the steps made in this youth boxer.
**My materials:
Lycra fabric, two colors.
Elastic for the waist, 50cm.
Pattern or measure.
Tape measure, pins, scissors, thread, sewing machine.
Steps made in this boxer.
First as a measure with a boxer I fold it and place it on the desired fabric, in this case the blue fabric. I take out the back first, it doesn't have a seam on the sides, but a little more at the front to be able to get the design I want.
Now I cut the two missing strips to complete the width of the boxer, and finally the front part that I cut with the red wine color fabric.
I also cut some strips the length of the boxer of 22cm and 2cm wide.
I start by sewing the back to close it, with the seam straight and then in zig-zag.
For the front part, first I place the folded strip, leaving 1cm, this will be like an adornment bias on the front part, then I place the blue fabric and press with the pins, on both sides.
I am also sewing, leaving the red wine strip visible.
With the other part of the boxer, I press with the pins on each side, leaving the bottom part unsewn, as you can see in the photo.

I divide this one into four parts, and likewise the boxer and I place or pin these parts, so that when I sew it on the machine, I stretch it to fit the size of the boxer.
The elastic, I sew it with a straight seam, and as it has a design or letters it goes over the fabric.
Then I pass another seam, so that the inside part fits well.

Mi proyecto en el dia de hoy es un boxer que hice con tela licrada muy buena y muy suave tambien ideal para estas prendas. Y de una vez empiezo los pasos realizados en este boxer juvenil.
**Mis materiales:
Tela licrada, dos colores.
Elastica para la cintura, 50cm.
Patron o medida.
Cinta metrica, alfileres, tijera, hilo, máquina de coser.
Pasos realizados en este boxer.
Primero como medida con un boxer lo doblo y coloco sobre la tela deseada, en este caso la tela azul. Saco primero la parte trasera, no tiene costura de los lados, sino un poco más al frente para poder sacar el diseño que quiero.
Ahora corto las dos tiras que faltan para completar el ancho del boxer, y por ultimo la parte del frente que la corte con la tela de color vino tinto.
Tambien corte unas tiras del largo del boxer de 22cm y de 2cm de ancho.
Empiezo cosiendo la parte trasera para cerrarlo, con la costura recta y luego en zig-zag.
Para la parte del frente primero coloco la tira doblada quedando de 1cm, esta sera como un sesgo de adorno en la parte del frente, luego coloco la tela azul y prenso con los alfileres, en ambos lados.
Tambien voy cosiendo, dejando la tira vino tinto que se vea.
Con la otra parte del boxer, voy prensando con los alfileres en cada lado dejando la parte de abajo sin coser, cómo se ve en la foto.
Ya aqui va teniendo la forma, para luego prensar y cerrar todo la parte de abajo, quedando a la medida estas partes.
Luego cierro la parte de abajo.
Para pegar la elastica primero la cierro con la costura recta, toda la elastica, es decir los 50cm.
Ésta la divido en cuatro partes, e igual el boxer y coloco o sujeto con los alfileres estas partes, para que cuando la cosa en la máquina, voy estirando para que se ajuste a la medida del boxer.
La elastica, la cosi con costura recta, y como tiene diseño o letras va por encima de la tela.
Despues le paso otra costura, para que la parte de adentro quede bien.
Por ultimo le hago el ruedo solamente doblando como 1cm nada más.
Y así amigos hice este bello boxer combinado en dos colores.
