Greetings friends of the community, hoping as always to be very well every day. Once again, and as I said before in another publication, about the schools, making their Christmas decorations.
In this opportunity the teacher of my daughter's school, asked me the favor of making a poster allusive to the theme and that I look for the design, so I told her that I would make a nativity, something small.
But I wanted to make the Virgin Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus, something different, so come and I'll show you the materials how I did it, and especially with scraps of fabric and cardboard, without spending much, just putting a lot of creativity.
My materials:
Fabric scraps of various colors.
Recycled cardboard from notebooks or folders.
Stuffing cotton, just a little bit.
Silicon.
Desired design.
As I already had my idea from the beginning how I wanted it, I started by cutting some circles of approximately 10cm in diameter for the head, from these I took two, from which I lined with beige fabric.
To this cardboard I first put some cotton stuffing, gluing it to the cardboard, and then I cover it with the beige fabric, since these will be the face.
Having this measurement, I proceed to cut the body being 30cm long, and 18cm wide, and I shape it for the shoulders and neck. I also cut out two of the same size.
I start by making the figure of Joseph, where I line the cardboard with red fabric, glue it with the silicon, and taking its edges to the back.
I cut two strips of blue and one brown and glued them vertically in the middle of the body.
For the arms I made the shape with cardboard, and lined them with the brown fabric, and for the hands I took it out of the beige fabric.
I placed them well on the body and glued them with the silicon.
For his face, I made the shape of the hair and the beard, and in the center I made his cut to show his face and mouth.
I made his eyes with thin strips of brown fabric.
Finally, I put his brown cape and that's how José looks like.
Now, I do the same procedure with the Virgin, but this one I lined with blue fabric, I put her arms and hands, and in her hem I put a white lace. I also made her hair, and her white mantle.
For the boy, I just lined the cardboard, put the cotton and then put the beige fabric, his hair and his white rolled up blanket.
Once the figures were ready, to complete I made the mule and the ox from one I saw on the internet, and it was easy to make with colored paper.
Having everything ready, the next day I went to school and put everything on the billboard, which I had already lined with white bond paper and its edges with gold cardboard.
Here I show you the finished billboard, with its letters and birth.
I made this flower as an ornament to place it on top of the billboard so that the base on which it is placed would not be seen, since it did not look good.
It is also useful to make it in your home or favorite place, as it can be made smaller or larger, placing ornaments and lights.

Saludos amig@s de la comunidad, esperando como siempre esten muy bien cada día. Nuevamente, ya muy cerca de la navidad, y como dije anteriormente en otra publicación, sobre las escuelas, haciendo sus decoraciones navideñas.
En esta oportunidad la maestra de la escuela de mi hija, me pide el favor de elaborar una cartelera alusiva al tema y que yo busque el diseño, entonces le dije que haria un nacimiento, algo pequeño.
Pero yo quise hacer a la virgen María, José y el niño Jesús, algo distinto, entonces ven y te muestro los materiales como lo realicé, y sobre todo con retazos de tela, y cartulina, sin gastar mucho, sólo poniendo mucha creatividad.
Mis materiales:
Retazos de tela de varios colores.
Cartulina reciclada de cuadernos o carpetas.
Algodon de relleno, sólo un poco.
Silicon.
Diseño deseado.
Cómo ya tenia mi idea desde un principio como lo queria, empecé por corta unos circulos de aproximadamente10cm de diametro para la cabeza, de estos saqué dos, de los cuales forro con tela de color beige.
A este carton le coloco primero un poco de algodon de relleno, pegandolo en la cartulina, y luego lo forro con la tela de color beige, ya que estos seran el rostro.
Teniendo esta medida, procedo a cortar el cuerpo siendo éste de largo 30cm, y de ancho 18cm, y le doy forma para los hombros y cuello. Igualmente sacó dos iguales.
Empiezo por hacer la figura de José, donde forre la cartulina con tela de color rojo, la pego con el silicon, y llevando sus bordes a la parte de atras.
Corto dos tiras de color azul y otra marron y las pego en forma vertical, en el medio del cuerpo.
Para los brazos saque la forma con cartulina, y los forré con la tela marrón, y para sus manos la saque de la tela beige.
Ubico bien en el cuerpo y los pego con el silicon.
Para su rostro, hice la forma del cabello junto con la barba, y en el centro le hice su corte para que se vea el rostro y su boca.
Le hice sus ojos con una tiras finitas de la tela marron.
Por último, le coloque su capa de color marrón y así queda José.
Ahora bien, hago el mismo procedimiento con la Virgen, pero ésta la forré con tela azul, coloco sus brazos y manos, y en su ruedo le puse un encaje blanco. Tambien le hice su cabello, y su manto blanco.
Para el niño, solamente forré el carton, colocando el algodon y luego le coloco la tela beige, le coloco su cabello y su manta enrollada de color blanco.
Luego coloco el niño sobre los brazos de la virgen, y a cada uno le hice su aro dorado sobre su cabeza.
Estos los hice con alambre reciclado de unos tapabocas que tienen esos alambres, y le coloque su encaje dorado.
Ya listo las figuras, para completar hice la mula y el buey de uno que vi por internet, y fue fácil de hacer con hojas de colores.
Teniendo todo listo, al otro día fui a la escuela y coloque todo en la cartelera, la cual ya la habia forrado con papel bond de color balnco y sus bordes con cartulina dorada.
Aqui te muestro la cartelera terminada, con sus letras y nacimiento.
Esta flor la hice de adorno para colocarla arriba de la cartelera y no se viera la base sobre la que está puesta, ya que no se veia bien.
Tambien sirve hacerlo en tu casa o lugar favorito, ya que se puede hacer más pequeño o más grande, colocandole adornos y luces.
