I had to break away from my computer today.
I spend too much of my time behind that thing.
I woke up early, made coffee and went straight to the gym.
I spend a good hour there getting my workout in.
I then came home, had a shower and....found myself behind my computer...
I swear....that thing is like a magnet for me. It's been like that pretty much my whole life.
Instead of writing something for Steem I spend some time on Twitter.
I wrote 3 tweets (about Steem) and got those out.
I never thought much of twitter before I start using it but now I like it.
It's easy to get something out that you want to share without the worry of judgment and it's also perfect to quickly get updated on projects and people I follow.
This is also something I hope communities can bring for Steem. More and faster engagement.
I then checked the movie app on my phone and saw MIDWAY was playing.
I decided I could use some self-inflicted TLC today so I drove to the cinema instead of doing something Crypto related.
I arrived early and as luck would have it the KFC next to the cinema was open.
It's been a while since I had anything 'bad' so I thought....fuck it...you deserve it.
I found myself staring at the menus for a good while.
And finally I settled for this.
The Zinger Fire Stacker Burger menu!
It sure hit the spot.
Then, I made my way to the cinema and with a full belly, it was easy to cross the valley of temptation and I made it to the other side with just a sparkling water.
I enjoyed the film even though it's full of CGI (that I am not a huge fan of) but they pulled it off pretty well and truth be told I wouldn't know how they could make a movie of this scale without CGI nowadays.
There are a lot of battle scenes shown in this film and surprisingly no romance story, which I thought was pretty impressive for a Hollywood film.
I would give it around a 7.
As usual, I checked Rotten Tomatoes and once again I find myself closer to the audience score than the critics.
While typing this up I'm getting rudely interrupted.
Trevor wants to go out...
I'll think I'll do just that.
A long walk and more time away from the computer.
I'm having a great day.
