... Man, that was tough. Rice kept sticking to everything, slicing the fish evenly is also not easy and combining the two to make a sushi...o man. I created around 26 different sized pieces and shapes. Uniformiy...eermm well not today. I understand now why this is an art and why it’s so expensive. Taste was pretty damn good, although nothing close to a restaurant ofcourse. Total cost for the meal a little under $10.
