MY DAILY LIFE
Like my father I am an early riser. I get out of bed at 5-30 a. m. Then I go to exercise jogging after the wash, I take some exercise in the open air it's important to my health. Next I have my breakfast and sit down to study at 6-
30 a.m. It continues till 9-30 a. m. Within these hours I complete my homework. Then I take
my bath, have my meal and start for work at 10 a. m. I walk to working place which is not far
off from my home. At office I am sincere, serious and attentive to what the teachers say.
Back home, I take some tiffin and go to the ground. In the evening I read and write for four
hours from 6 p. m. to 10 p. m. But I take my dinner at 8 p. m. with the members of my
family and watch TV at the same time. I do not get time to see it at any other time. At 10-
30 p. m. I am in bed not knowing when I am asleep.
MY NATIVE VILLAGE
The name of my village is Ganganagar. It is in the district of West Bengal. This village is six
miles away from the nearest railway station Tarakeshwar. It is a big village inhabited by about
two thousand people. Previously most of them were cultivators. But now the majority of the
villagers earn their bread by service. There live many educated men at our village. Some of
them have settled in towns. They come to the village during the holidays. There are a Higher
Secondary School for boys and girls, a Basic School, a Health Centre, a Post Office and a
Rural Library at our village. Our village has also a big playground where boys and young men
of our village and our neighbouring villages play football and cricket. As buses pass through
this village, the communication with the town has become much easier.
