Mining, although not well regarded by the entire world, is fundamental in our lives. Coal is the raw material to create steel, material present in any equipment in our homes.
This is the foreground view of my workplace, my job is to move the freight car with the "Winch" to transport coal, sterile and personal material to the surface.
The mining company where I work, is located in a forest of Guachetá - Cundinamarca in Colombia, and is in the middle of nowhere because that is where coal is located.
This is part of the functions of a miner, reinforce the mine so that there are no landslides.
In the past, illegal mining was carried out in this area, the former workers did not do the maintenance tasks and for that reason this mine collapsed.
