A fun photo shoot (if I may call it like that) of some over bloomed flowers I had on a kitchen table a while back. This is/was Delphinium that pops every year in some pots on my balcony. I picked a few flowers and left it in a vase.
For a very long time...
Of course I could throw them away much sooner and replace with some fresh flowers.
I could.. but why would I? :)
Besides shooting the Flowers I always like to shoot whats left of them. Either way they are just some dry petals hanging, or seed pods. No pods here (they are quite fun too, I will try to catch some next summer), just a pure, dry mess.
Lastly a shot in full colour.. which is almost like a monochrome too. The flowers dried up completely and lost all the gorgeous navy blue colour.
