I was watching this little spider for about 15 minutes and looks like he couldn't make up his mind where to go. Few jumps up.. few jumps down.. and then back up again.
Those jumping spiders are the only spiders I would hold willingly on my hands. If only they would want to jump on it. They very cautious to movements around them and will jump away pretty fast. If you even see one take some time to observe it. They will move their little heads to the sides and up to see better with their huge, black eyes. Then jump a bit, wiggle with the front legs, move head again...
I had a few of them on my balcony throughout the years and some smaller ones inside on my orchids too. I always leave them alone. They don't bother me as they don't leave spiderwebs around and will actually eat some buggers.
They are more than welcome in my place!
