I knew, I felt it, that I'll still take graphic pictures! But I, and most likely you, were lucky that this was not a graphic landscape, but something completely new and unknown. On the Internet, I have already seen similar photos, where neon signs of stores were reflected in puddles. I myself for a long time kept an eye on luminous reflections, but it was problematic to realize this in Veliky Ustyug. Vologda allows you to take a walk on a given topic - shops and burning signs just at every step! Their color scheme is so wide that there is no limit for creativity.
And so, I came to this idea anyway myself, just a little pushed me to this work a selection of similar photos seen on the Internet. This will again be a trial version, which I will refine over time. I wanted to go to a greater abstractness. Somewhere it turned out, but somewhere not so.
For starters, I looked for color reflection as a fact.
It was also exciting and reckless, like going for mushrooms.
In some places I went to the monotony of the picture.
Sometimes I returned to reality, inserting some ordinary elements into the composition.
For a very long time I had to look not only for color, but also for the plot. General plans are also needed, but you need to strive more for details.
Embellished all the plots, not only wet asphalt, but also melting snow on it.
At times there was a minimum of color.
But such accents are also good.
The most interesting thing began when I began to shoot close-ups!
You can still crop the most interesting parts of the photo.
Reflections can be sought on any surface.
But the most mysterious is drawn in puddles and wet snow.
The most boring was the yellow light of street lamps. But if it is not enough or it is combined with something, then it turned out much more interesting.
Who would have thought that autumn-winter slush, mud and puddles could be attractive!
The most interesting color is red. From time to time, you can arrange thematic assignments by color. Take photographs, for example, only blue or only red, and make selections of photographs.
It would seem that there should be many neon lights where there are many shops in the city center, but such reflections can be found everywhere. And not the fact that there will be more of them in the center.
