It seemed to me that I had already had enough of the northern lights in my photographic life, but to this day it beckons with some kind of magnet...
And here again the parameters of geomagnetic activity are off the scale, and here again I'm rushing to my favorite place to photograph this natural phenomenon.
I would call this place not the best, but convenient.
Here I filmed the sunrises and moonsets, tried to find a comet and watched the sunsets.
That's because you can get here quickly, it's beautiful here and you can move around the field near the monastery with the river.
Also a plus of this place for shooting the northern lights is that the view of the monastery is directly to the north.
And there is no strong illumination from the city.
The radiance was of medium strength. I had to wait a long time for the sky to clear up at least a little bit.
Half an hour after my arrival, a gap appeared in the sky and I managed to catch a few bright flashes.
And then the glow faded...
