En realidad con tanto trabajo administrativo no habia dispuesto un peque帽o espacio para dar una vuelta por el huerto, pues hoy era el d铆a indicado despu茅s de unos d铆as lluvioso hab铆a mucho charco en el patio y deb铆a tener cuidado. Mi mayor asombro ver lo hermosa que est谩n las plantas y muchas de ellas ya comienzan a dar sus frutos, entre est谩s est谩n los tomates, auyama y patilla, tambi茅n qued茅 encantada con una siembra de perejil y espinaca de la qued茅 sorprendida con un lo grande de sus hojas.
Actually with so much administrative work I had not arranged a small space to take a walk through the garden, because today was the right day after a few rainy days there was a lot of puddle in the yard and I had to be careful. My biggest surprise was to see how beautiful the plants are and many of them are already beginning to bear fruit, among these are tomatoes, pumpkin and patilla, I was also delighted with a planting of parsley and spinach of which I was surprised with the size of their leaves.
El verdor de la siembra llamo mucho mi atenci贸n, como dije anteriormente algunas ya dando sus primeras frutos y otras dentro de poco tambi茅n se recibir谩n la cosecha como son las de aj铆, pimenton, mel贸n y cambur. Nuestros j贸venes est谩n demasiado entusiasmado con el tema de la siembra ya que ellos han comido algunos platillos preparados en la cocina del colegio con estos frutos recogido del huerto, para el d铆a de ma帽ana se est谩 previsto preparar una sopa utilizando una gran auyama y yuca provenientes de este huerto, cuando esto oas ael profesor va con ellos bien temprano al huerto para que ellos corten la cosecha y la entreguen en la cocina, en esos momentos ver su cara de felicidad y satisfacci贸n es 煤nica.
The greenery of the planting caught my attention, as I said before, some of them are already bearing their first fruits and others will soon be harvested, such as chili bell pepper, paprika, melon and cambur. Our young people are very enthusiastic about the planting since they have already eaten some dishes prepared in the school kitchen with these fruits collected from the garden, for tomorrow we are planning to prepare a soup using a large pumpkin and yucca from this garden, when this happens the teacher goes with them very early to the garden for them to cut the harvest and deliver it to the kitchen, in those moments to see their face of happiness and satisfaction is unique.
Muchas veces he colaborado con algunas cosas provenientes pr谩cticamente de los desechos de la casa, entre estos conchas de verduras y c谩scara de huevo, las cuales mediante un proceso de descomposici贸n se utilizan para hacer abonos para est谩s plantas. En realidad me gust贸 mucho ver que el taller de agroecolog铆a est谩n trabajando demasiado bien y como dicen el que siembra cosecha.
