Hiya guys! I’m sure you are already worried sick and missing me because I haven’t logged in over 24 hours but not to worry, I’m not dead or haven’t stopped Steeming. I’ve been taking it easy for a couple days and getting myself, my apartment and fridge ready for the highlight of the summer. And what is it, you might ask.
I’ve been an eager viewer of the rally every year since I was something like 5-years-old, it’s a tradition to go with my dad and little brother. The city is filled with rally cars and rally tourists from all over the world and it’s the best of times.
I will be busy for the rest of the week and probably only dropping by for occasional updates, maybe a few rally car pictures and that sort. The days are super long and internet connection bad with people suddenly hogging all the signals in the middle of Central Finland’s forests.
I’m in charge of feeding the fam so I’ll be cooking in parking lots and in the forest along the dirt roads. I just stocked up the fridge with yummy incredients and I still need to bake something today, cook an evening meal for when dad and bro come and then do prep for tomorrow. It’s an early wake up because we wanna go to the testing stage that is in the morning and then the first official stage is in the evening.
I am excited!
