Yesterday I did absolutely nothing othen than nap and eat, so today I wanted to be more active. I dragged my brother out to the beach with me to play beach volley and swim. I obviously sucked because I never play and my brother goes once a week and is a lot taller than my vertically limited self.
It was a good workout though and we went swimming probably every fifteen minutes because it was so warm. I actually think I burned the soles of my feet a bit for the sand was so hot, and I’m also sporting a row of little bruises along my arm now but it was worth it.
With some luck I didn’t even loose any nails even though it’s definitely not adviced to play with long nails. That’s a win all in itself for me.
