And you are right about the coat hanger. Totally, out of place.

But when we watched them -in my childhood- these series, we believed everything we saw on screen. It felt right for us for that coathanger to be there... For Maddie and David to take so long to admit their attraction, or for KITT, to be an invincible car.
But that was the era of innocence.
