Somehow my mood get boosted today, I feel energy overflowing my brain!
I think I know why...
Everybody need a BREAK or BRAKE
Yeah, yesterday and the day before, after I finished the Season by securing my rank on Champion I, I decided to take a day off!
I don't even opening Splinterlands to check my Season Rewards. I also prohibit myself from looking other players Season Rewards posts in HIVE.
I hit my BRAKE, hard.
This few weeks has been unhealthy for me. Please, don't get me wrong. I love Splinterlands, I love gaming and I love crypto-blockchainverse. But, enduring every bad events and shits drove me to my limit. It frustrating, deep inside I start to hate my daily routine.
That's unhealthy and can be dangerous.
So, knowing when to hit your brake is a skill everyone need to develop.
The Spoils of the War
Let's get back to our lovely battle loots. This Season Rewards treat me better than before.
I notice the increasing cards numbers and value compare to last season.
Champion I give the most chest loots, but sometimes I keep questioning if it worth the struggle.
This season reward start to print New Reward Cards (replacing the old outprinted reward cards), I noticed there's a lot addition to high mana cards. This is a good thing, since I believe now high mana rule sets happen more often, and everyone need more tanky monsters.
I also got two Gold Foiled Cards.
One of it is the new Ant Miner, the other is Ettin Brute. Both of them from Fire Splinter, which I haven't maxed, yet. So it's more likely to be listed on the market soon.
Onyx Sentinel, the rival to Lord Arianthus, a nemesis to Prince Rennyn and Selenia Sky?
Speaking about New Rewards Cards, I like those Centauri Mages and Onyx Sentinel design, especially Onyx. I see there's a good progress on visual, I hope this will continue to give Splinterlands a great facelift.
And finally, the best of them is the Legendary Spirit Druid Grog, the first monster with Ressurection ability in Earth Splinter. This will definitely create more varieties of Strategy from Earth Splinter.
Opening My First Untamed Booster Pack
Oh, please don't give me that stare :(
Yeah I know, I missed Untamed campaign, I was busy back then.
So, now this is the first time I got my hands on Untamed Booster Packs.
I recently got this packs from my latest Season Reward.
Usually it's the Essence Orb, but since the Orb has been Sold Out, the game start giving away Untamed Booster Packs instead. That's how I got mine.
To be honest, this Season Rewards way better than two weeks ago. I was devastated opening that crap.
This Season Rewards give me a noticeable increase in cards numbers and values, I got some Gold Foiled Cards, a Legendary, many Epics and Rares (New Reward Cards) and of course this Untamed Booster Packs.
The result of opening this Untamed Booster Pack was satisfying and literally a mood booster for my day!
