Recent witness voting

Further to my position on the centralisation of Steem and my wish to see Steem decentralised, I have approved the new witnesses @triple.aaa and @maiyude.
From what I know of these witnesses positions on certain issues, I do not necessarily agree with them. But their voices should be heard if we are to claim STEEM as a global blockchain so a greater principle of decentralisation applies.

I will review these votes as the situation changes.
