Changing delegations.

A quick note for those of you interested in my delegation activity.

I am looking to scrounge up more SP for the Hive account@we-are project. While I still support the great work that you all do, many of you are now at the stage of growth where my SP delegation is not as necessary as it once was. I have been supporting admins in various communities to ensure that get voting sliders (500SP) and now, happily, many of those steemians now have earned thousands of SP. The same can be said for a few community accounts I've supported in their early days. Also, alas, a few have gone inactive too. For the purposes of this exercise, an active personal account is posting and commenting regularly. There are a number of accounts abandoned except for the autovoter. Also, all accounts should be using their SP effectively by not capping of VP.

So, I am going through and reviewing my delegations.

Here is my general criteria:

1. My main projects are Hive account@we-are and Hive account@msp-foundation
2. My sponsorship of Hive account@msp-makeaminnow prizes continues until at least MaM#30
3. The 500SP delegation for the three fantastic organizers of Hive account@msp-makeaminnow continue while I remain sponsor.
4. I have undelegated from projects / accounts that are not active or often cap off their VP.
5. I will be trimming/ended delegations on a pro-rata basis for accounts that have grown significantly. This will mostly affects community admins.
6. Accounts given a delegation based on their community membership need to still be active officiers within their communities

Our communities have come a long way in the short time I have been on steem. Many of you have been rewarded with strong account growth and have forged strong social connections. I hope to support the scaling up of communities on steem with my Hive account@we-are project. In future I will be looking for volunteers to help Hive account@we-are grow. Communities are one of steem's real strengths. Every time you comment, chat, upvote and post you are forging a better world.
