On one of our last outings, my son and I stopped by the bakery to buy some things we needed for dinner. It was already raining terribly but since it had been that way for days without a single drop we didn't worry.
When I was paying a downpour began to fall. I was 😰 but at the same time I was thankful because it would have easily caught us a few streets later. The girl who was serving me said "go sit down so you can wait while the rain passes" and well that's what we did.
Then it occurred to me that a good idea to wait was to buy my son an ice cream. He didn't expect it and was very happy to ask for it at the cashier. It was a sweet wait. Later on, when the intensity of the rain had decreased a bit, we went home. 😊✨
En una de nuestras últimas salidas, mi hijo y yo pasamos por la panadería para comprar unas cositas que hacían falta para la cena. Ya había un tiempo de lluvia terrible pero como tenía días así sin caer ni una sola gota no nos preocupamos.
Cuando estaba pagando comenzó a caer un diluvio. Yo quedé 😰 pero al mismo tiempo agradecí porque fácilmente nos habría agarrado unas calles después. La muchacha que me estaba atendiendo me dijo "anda a sentarte para que esperes mientras pasa la lluvia" y bueno eso hicimos.
Entonces se me ocurrió que una buena idea para esperar era comprarle un helado a mi hijo. El no se lo esperaba y fue bien contento a pedirlo en caja. Fue una dulce espera. Ya luego cuando bajo un poco la intensidad de la lluvia nos fuimos a casa. 😊✨
