Basically, good education should be able to create effective and useful teaching-learning processes and make rural communities more accessible and accessible to education. As the times progressed, the notion of education also developed.

Four major obstacles in education are:

1. The relic of the colonist with the society whose education level is very low,
2. Budget for education is low and usually less compete with the needs of development of other fields,
3. Low budgets are usually directed at areas that benefit the relatively wealthy,
4. Because of the low budget, in the management of education usually arise inefficient management.
