How can you efficiently work as a team without killing each other?
11 done. 4 in progress.
We started classes in November, 6 hours a day for 5 days a week. So far, 11 projects have been delivered already, 4 are work in progress and gods knows how many are just waiting to come out of the blue. For all these projects we've been split in groups, groups we of course can't choose.
Let's just say that after a couple of them you realize with who you rather, or rather not, work with. So, when it comes to "you'll receive an email with the composition of the different groups" a sense of anxiety mixed with concerns grows inside us. Now apply the Murphy's law and then of course they assign you with who you didn't want to end up with. I guess that's just the way it must be, even in real work experience you can't choose with who you want to work with, but you have to adapt yourself.
So, how you do that? How can we make it work?
Find the strengths that characterize each person in your group and use it to achieve the group goal. Everyone must have something they are good at, or just a thing they know how to do.
It might happen though that an individual is not interested in the project so is not willing to make an effort.
How can you avoid the free riders, then?
Adam Grant can help us out with this with the 7 key points listed below:
We found these suggestions extremely important, it's just a matter of giving it a try.
Relax, we all know that sometimes there is going to be a pain the ass in your team you'll have to deal with, but that's life.
Do you struggle too sometimes with team projects? Can these 7 points be helpful to you?

Come è possibile lavorare in gruppo efficacemente senza ammazzarsi l'uno con l'altro?
11 consegnati. 4 in corso.
Quindi, come puoi evitare i così detti free riders?
Abbiamo trovato questi suggerimenti estremamente importanti, basta solo provarci.
Possono esservi utili questi 7 punti?
