I remember in 2019, I joined the website called uptrennd. I used to post there around 1000 words articles. And then noticed doing this for 30 days wont' took me anywhere. No upvotes and no engagement of any type.
Then I managed to interact with the groups. Though that group engagement didn't paid either. I had to move to another set of group where there were mods and the admins who used to exchange and cheer each other on the content.

Take away? You have to be in the groups where people cheer each other for success and guide them towards the top. Any other group just won't cut it at all. There is no magic bullet on the same. You have to spend time and build your influence and let the business build up slowly ahead.
Now that I am also active on the HIVE. I realized a lot of people are also helping new comers. And that happened to me too. I met a lot of people who offered HP to my account. I also get regular tips and direction on what to write and how to write and where to write. Which is valuable insight when it comes to journey of hive. I have lot to learn on that part and a lot of things to build up on while making influence.
So how do you build influence?
Just jump into groups that share some quality content. Ask them for pointers. Join them and help them when your turn to help comes in. Each day you have to be around their content. You have to engage on common topics. You have to build some liking among the people who are your tribe. Once you build influence it gets easier in any community.
Conclusion
In any business you build a community first or join the existing community before you can market the product or service. You can't market in vaccum and you can't sell anything in vaccum. You have to find infuence and have some tribe around in order to build business.
