Description from Strava:

It's early. We are just getting warmed up.

Words of Canadian race organizer in the 28th hour of the competition.

My contribution today was one tiny yard lap. As yesterday, into the Magpie's valley and back with an addition of a climb. The distance was 7 kilometres

Sunday is sunny and warm. 7 k was enough since there was a lunch right after it and a longer doggy walk with coffee and beer. The beer on the cover photo, Loo-blah-nah pale ale. Bitter, tasty, good, very good.

Tomorrow I plan to run early in the morning, the same route.

What about you, how fascinated are you with the backyard ultra concept?
