It’s getting serious. Today’s session:

  • 5 minutes warmup
  • 2K easy
  • twice:
    -- 4K steady
    -- 1 mile pace
    -- 1 minute walk
  • 2K easy
  • 5 minutes cooldown

Cloudy and windy morning. Running by river Savinja down and up and around.

It was really felt on the pace in which direction the wind was blowing.

This was not the ultimate test for marathon, just a big step in right direction

better and better
