Stats of the Hive Blockchain

Over the coming weeks I will be working on some Stats using Hive SQL by @arcange . I am interested in seeing how the Hive community has grown and what has become of it in the last year.

This also gives me the chance to work on a new Shiny App for the Hive Blockchain.

The first iteration of this app is a basic filter on the accounts to look at the number of accounts created each day, and also the top and bottom rep accounts.
