In the last 7 days the following apps were used to make top level posts to the Hive Blockchain.
I am interested in Growth and Usage. How does Hive compare to other social websites like Medium, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook?
If I was to focus on the Social Media aspect I would pose the question
"As a social media platform are our users growing?"
If you are looking for Usage Metrics for Hive, you can't look at app usage in isolation. Users can browse content on other front ends (Ecency or Hiveblog for example), they can do more than posting (reading, voting, transfers etc) but to get a sense of Usage I took a deep dive on Peakd.
I took a deep dive into some stats on it using https://www.similarweb.com/
Peakd.com has a global website rank of #41,039
Most of the sites on this list are expected (hive.blog, leofinance.io, hivesigner.com) but there are a few interesting ones to note

This is just a snapshot of a point in time and only for one of the Frontends but it might be interesting to monitor this over time to see how we are growing.
As a benchmark Medium has a website ranking of 343 and 170m monthly users.
We are getting to the stage where we are mature (technology wise) and as a community growth would be a good next focus, with Monthly Active Users as a key benchmark KPI.
