This grove of approximately 100 pines was planted around 1930. Each pine tree curves sharply to the north just above ground level, then curves backward after a side excursion of one to three meters.
It is generally believed that some human technique or artificial tool was used to make trees grow in this way, but the method and motive are currently unknown.
