This is a pattern I used to get comfortable with separate mental and physical habits. Decentralized rhythms

Basically a double paradiddle but putting the 'didle' in the middle and playing with a triplet feel.
1&a2&a 3&a4&a
sticking RLRRLR LRLLRL

If your playing in triplets you see the beat 1 is you Right hand and also the 2 but with a double.
The cool thing about this is the beat is now falling on the second note of the RR - if you stay relaxed and let it bounce like normal, now you other limbs will have to play on the 2 without relying on your right hand. Of course you start with the left on beat three so everything is opposite. Once you get this down it feels really cool and lets you gain real independence by playing different foot patterns and moving to different sound sources.

If you have any questions hit me up.
