I think this cycle has been subject to pure market manipulation by the institutional investors (Wall Street, governments, banks, etc.) this artificially suppressed prices and kept price-action going sideways. I've heard trillions of dollars are waiting on the sidelines to invest in Bitcoin after the US's CLARITY bill passes. We will see though.
