You're welcome @bozz! I'm sorry to hear that you were feeling that sorrow on your birthday. Although I laugh thinking about it now but my 40th birthday made me feel that way. I just felt the world was

It was so good we stopped on the way back too. : ) That's cool. I'd really like to experience a hot air balloon ride someday. You're right. Since autonomous driving isn't fully approved yet you'd probably

It's so beautiful there! One of the YouTubers we watch has been featuring Australia and I'm learning so much about it. I hope to experience it someday, it's such a long flight from the US! Who keeps downvoting

Happy birthday! I hope you enjoy your celebration and this next trip around the sun! Mine is coming up in a few weeks too. Keeping cynicism at bay feels like a full time job as we get older, it takes real

Yes, it's pretty unnerving when it swerves—especially when there's no good reason for it. If I see any marks on the highway I'm ready to disengage FSD and take over now. Hopefully the newest version works

Thank you! Trusting the car takes time, it did for me. The hot air balloon ride is on the bucket list for sure. I hope you enjoy your weekend Nancy!

It was really unique! The owners were younger, in their 20's. I do remember Deadwood! That town of Trinidad, CO was probably a wild West mining town at one point. It's definitely ready for mainstream,

300 miles per charge is about the minimum I'd want. That gives you the flexibility to do road trips. Thank you! I've seen two VW ID Buzz vans since you left this comment! One was orange/white the other

Good morning Luis! I'm glad you're enjoying the series and wish you a wonderful rest of the week!

Yep, FSD is pretty much full autonomy at this point—you just have to supervise it because autonomous vehicles aren't legal yet. The older version I'm on (v14.2.2.5) is already better than a human 99.9%

Not a stupid question at all! Yes, you can stay hands/feet off 100% of the time but the cameras track if you take your eyes off the road for too long and will nag you to pay attention (since the law still

It can be unnerving when the tech glitches like that. After it happened to me I just started watching out for it. The weird thing is FSD will handle the situation fine sometimes but will glitch other times.

Those are really cool but the limited range is what made me shy away from the Volkswagen ID Buzz. I love the design though. It would be an excellent everyday vehicle. Fuel prices are insane here too and

Yes, FSD is to the point it feels sentient. It's pretty crazy. It even reacts to hand signals if there are flagmen in construction zones. It's not perfect though. I'm going to explain some of the mistakes

$6 is insane! I think gas is around $8 in California now because of the additional taxes they have. Yeah, the additional time didn't take long for us to adjust to. Growing up whenever we'd take a road

The first time I used it I was uncomfortable, especially at four-way stops, but the car earned my trust pretty quickly. It's actually about 7x safer than a human driver at this point. It sees everything

The first long road trip definitely was an adventure. Now that I've learned to charge 10-20% above what the car's computer tells me to at each stop I think there will be far less range anxiety. I love

The cost savings was more than I anticipated. I was actually pretty shocked when I added everything up—I thought I missed something and went over the figures a couple of times. The time gain was a bit

I'm so sorry Lizelle! I hope you find some answers and healing soon. You'll be in our thoughts!

Adirondack chairs are more of a thing here in America I think. They're so much more comfortable than they look like they'd be. That's a good example of the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon. It's like when you
