So I have this phase after a super elative period when everything just goes down
I guess #crypto traders would call that a retracement. This phase is usually not a easy one it comes with a lot of sadness, depression and frustration leading to a tremendous amount of anger and resentment
I feel like I need to let off steam, but there’s no steam to let off, thus more frustration, over the years I have found that no matter how bad it gets, there is a bottom point from which it bounces back.
I have decided this time to use experience to my advantage, I’ll just chill, I won’t try to do anything, I won’t fight it, this too shall pass
