I think you raise some great points ...

Thank you. Now, give me yours :) Or not, if you are tired of commenting.

I think it's more interesting to identify those limitations and discuss them within the appropriate framework of both fields.

I think, that's what I did? I identified a strong limitation in the field of corporate culture.
There is an irrefutable limit that employees do not bear the company risk/share profit. This is significant in a debate about corporate culture, is it not? If not, why?

If a corporate culture wants to develop that deviates from the usual employee-employer model, I welcome that. But they face huge barriers.

Here in Germany, you have no interest on the part of politics to promote entrepreneurship on a small scale, quite the opposite. The principle is based on tax revenues and social security payments through so-called full employment.
Not only the government is convinced of the necessity of this full employment, but also large parts of the population. Neither do they want to bear entrepreneurial risk, nor do they have experience in running a business. But where it remains at this level, narratives remain weak, because they cannot go full spectrum.

You have the accounting principle. You have mandatory memberships to chambers of commerce, trade associations and other insurances. Hire and fire mentality. Where you as a normal employee cannot be sure that the company for which you hope to create a culture will live up to an ideal, will you want to commit yourself body and soul, introduce your family, etc.? Is it not the usual case, that you separate work and private life?

narrative studies is not your field of expertise

Is it yours?
Even if it wasn't, I would not argue, that you don't know what you talk about. For me, life is more than professionalism. Instead, I want to know where you can talk from your life experience and receive practical examples. If you do not want to share those with me, it's fine but then I don't really see your point.

:) peace! Can I defend myself here, for you brought the topic into our conversation?

Even companies are now using the techniques of story telling to improve the processes and human resources necessary for more effective and efficient product development.

I apologize if you find me overwhelming in this, but in essence I said "company is not family" (where all narratives start from my point of view).

Funnily enough, the method of narrating was one time consuming part of my education within my third profession as a social counsellor. I found inspiring and motivational learnings and I sought to integrate them into my relations to clients. I worked on one-on-one-level.

Cheers.
