:) Thank you, I have not thought of this myself. Indeed, I saw the options right before I pressed the "publish" button but did not consider further thoughts on this, for it was the first time I even noticed this option. You gave me now a fast forward information. Very much appreciate your fondness of letting me know.

Usually I recover quickly from not being seen and commented. Sometimes though I take a longer break until my spirit of sharing my thoughts and experiences whether in fiction or non fiction comes back.

I am slow in adaptation, sometimes I stubbornly stick to my habits.

I think many of us consume massive amounts of info and just want the quick hit of dopamine. In North America, we're fond of fast food and getting stuff now now now. The tradition of careful and deliberate thought is Gone With the Wind. Who wants to seat through a long film when we can just watch the short trailer? We like the flashy and the spectacular. Quick quantum kisses. I'm guilty of this myself.

I am the opposite. I like to find something to chew on for longer. I often miss the latest thing because I haven't finished the one before. Expecting me to do it differently would be like expecting a frog to use its feet instead of its tongue to catch flies. I find my dopamine in the same ponds over and over again because they are so rich in biotope that it seems to me like a universe and not a pond.

Do you know the book "The Discovery of Slowness" from Sten Nadolny?
Which does not mean at all that I don't like the fast lane ... just being appreciative towards the very existence of different pace.

Personally and generally speaking, I am an introvert, so I'm not good at the social part of social media. 😸

That irritates me a lot. I don't experience you like an introvert. To the contrary. But then we don't have real life encounters, so I cannot really tell. ... Then I think I don't even know what that even means, for there is no someone "in general" extrovert or introvert, only in particular.

For the two of us I think we have managed to have a friendly relationship, despite our differences and that I consider being of good value.
At least, for you and me, it's not gone with the wind. Let's call ourselves the last Mohawks. ;-D
