I made an observation, that seems to confirm that my own way of writing works way better when I freewrite. It's funny, for all the postings I prepared well, thought over well, worked on many hours and had efforts, are not so very well received, compared with the light and easy ones. That does not mean that my experience must match with yours or other peoples ones. It's just an observation. And I think it really also depends on the topic.
How I received this text of yours and knowing that you do freewriting a lot, my interpretation was that you got used to freewrites and the more you do it the more effortless it comes to you.
Does your daughter live near by? Give her a hello from a german woman :)
Younger people who see their parents or grandparents, see how they interact with each other if they have stayed together (or even if they found each other as a new couple), probably do not associate romance or eroticism with it. They are even more repelled when the "oldies" behave like the hot-blooded young people. For my part, I can confirm that the menopause also brought about a very noticeable change in my sexual intentions. This may not be the case for every woman and I don't see it happening. But the mantra of eternal youth and beauty and sexual desire is annoying and rather a fairy tale.
Which is not to say that old people don't have erotic desires and don't live them out. Here I stick to the attitude of "live and let live".
I am much picker about who I want to see in their skivvies
LOL :D
