Maybe some secrets never lose their thrill because they're infinite. An infinite secret means infinite learning.
me nods.
Now you know something more about the amazing computational complexity of the brain. Instead of being just a box full of 'humours' and phantasms, we now have a clear understanding of the mechanism.
This box seems not only being able to think of humours and phantasms, it at the same time deals with other things which it hears and perceives. It is instead of "instead" an "and". Otherwise you would insult it - lol
Yes, indeed, "it is mind filled with humor and phantasms", such for instance a poet would say (I count you as one).
... While a computer specialist might say "the brain is a fine network operating by means of 0 and 1, yes and no, where memories are stored."
A spiritualist might say that "the head is indistinguishable from the foot", a biologist that it "is an organ that relates to other organs", a futurist that "the brain holds unimagined possibilities of networking the organic with the electronic", a cyberneticist once said that he was "not a cyberneticist but his name is Heinz" and an anthropologist might emphasize that language expresses the cultural heritage of his environment and that the brain is something to enable him to speak.
You get to know the people through what they say what something "is" but I myself am uncertain about what a thing "is", only know better those people and how they see the world. LOL :D
I try to take the words "mere," "only," "nothing but," "proven," "undoubted," "merely," etc. out of my vocabulary.
Try it, it gives speaking and writing a whole new dimension. ... Gives me the idea to start a contest, where you restrict yourself not using specific terms. HaHa!! (which then reminds me of a man, to whom I was attracted and we restricted each other not to kiss. ...Guess how that went :D)
The referentiality of language back to itself, the fact that the lexicon explains words that rely on other words that in turn use synonyms to explain themselves, is a fun fact, isn't it?
Ciao, Addio, caro signore!
