Southern German cuisine has a lot of delicious things to offer, I'm thinking of Kaiserschmarrn at the moment, although I think it could also be Austrian. We ate that once on a mountain tour to an alpine hut in Tyrol. Tasty. It's an egg sweet, very fluffy and served with icing sugar.

I live in the north, so there's less of that here ;-)
