There's something spontaneous about it, as if you wrote it in one light-footed swoop. And I like it very much. Especially the ending and also how you used the rhyme. I share the meaning and wish there was a German version with the same touch.

With poetry, I realise that English is not my first language and I regret very much that I can't quite grasp the spirit of some poems because the language barrier prevents me from doing so.
