Hello,
sad to hear that.
It's particularly hard to disagree within the family. I can relate to that. I guess you love your brother and he loves you. If that counts for anything. We cannot make each other taking the preferred decisions. I don't know if it's right or wrong but I distanced myself from friends, whom I have met before on a regular basis, but now I don't. After having spoken to a friend last year, I realized that I won't convince her that the government is not to be trusted in this matter. So I stopped exchanging arguments. Unfortunately this also lead to a full stop of communication. I guess, she and I know that the next occasion where we might meet again, seems to slip further and further away. I guess my reason for distancing is that I want to prevent myself to distaste her. And I guess that counts for her, too.
That left me to wish her well silently. Who knows what it's good for? We are the people, after all and it's sad that we let ourselves being divided.
Have you a source of trust and calmness, one where you can fuel up your energy?
Sincere greetings to you.
