Colosians 1:13-14
Operation of Satan are brought to naught where there is light.
Now what is light?
In the physical sense, light simply refers to an illuminating meduim within vision is possible.
Spiritually speaking, light is an illumination which gave enlightenment, useful information and an understanding of God's word.
Light is the knowledge of God's word revealed to his anointed son through the holy ghost.
Psalm 119:130 says,The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
Light and darkness cannot co-exist because they have nothing in common. The word if God brings light.
Wherever the gospel of God is preached light is accessed in such a place.
Light typifies success, prosperity, the presence of God, sound health, all around favour and rest from satanic manipulation.
None of the above conditions or situations can co- habit darkness. On the other hand, darkness co- notes lack of understanding, all-round failure, sickness and death.
David speaking in Psalm 119:105 says, Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
As you study the Bible, the holy spirit opens your minds for fresh understanding of the gospel of God.
The light or understanding of God's word gives you and edge over your contemporaries.
The absence of light is the absence of life; the appearance of light is the arrival of life.
