Greetings friends! I hope you like my design today, it is inspired by these dates. I don't want to talk about me, because it's more of the same, however, I would like to accompany my design with a story, which I hope you will like too.

¡Saludos amigos! Espero les guste mi diseño de hoy, está inspirado en estas fechas. No quiero hablar de mí, pues es más de lo mismo, sin embargo, quisiera acompañar mi diseño con una historia, la que espero sea de su agrado también.

Winter without you

From my window I watch the snow fall, I meditate thinking that the same storm that is outside, there is in my heart covering it with cold, longing for your company, the warmth of your warm hands, listening to the warmth of your voice.

When will you come? I've been waiting for you and this wait has become eternal, my days are nights, my nights are days, my sleep cycle has completely reversed.

You left one day saying you would come back, I should have hugged you more, I should have told you that you are the chimney that gives warmth to our home, maybe you would have thought better of it, it has been many months since I heard from you, desperation is taking me down dark paths where I don't even know what I'm doing.

I've been thinking that if you don't come I'll go in search of you, but this storm outside could freeze me in less than an hour, however the hypothermia my heart suffers because of your absence is crueler. In both cases I feel I will die.

Something tells me that you won't come back, my heart doesn't feel your palpitation, I fear that something happened to you and I can't keep waiting. At least I want to see you and for you to tell me what is happening.

If tomorrow you don't show up, I won't care if it's snowing outside and I'll come to meet you.

Tonight was the longest night I've ever had, I couldn't even get to sleep, I'll put on my furs and go out to my destiny, my beloved.

Outside it continues to snow, although not with such intensity, it's time to leave, I don't know what I will face but I need to know about you.

I continue my journey, the cold numbs my toes and my lips that dreary violet tone, but my blood continues to run through my veins, they make my legs walk and as I walk, I feel that I drain every sorrow.

It's been hours of long comino on the thick snow, the storm begins again, Oh God have mercy, I'll freeze, in the distance I see an old house, maybe I'll stay there while the storm subsides and then I'll continue my way.

I knock on the door but no one answers, I'll go in and take shelter. I notice an old chimney with a half-burning coal, a trembling silhouette wrapped from head to toe in a dirty cloth that I can't tell who it might be.

I salute, the person stretches out a hand, seems to ask for help, Oh God! my heart began to beat a thousand per second. I go to the person, I see him closely, my surprise, my beloved, it's you.

Her skin turned purple, her lips were chapped, her body almost frozen, It can't be! My beloved was dying. As I tried to warm him, I noticed his injured ankle. I lit the fire more, we gave each other human warmth, my beloved smiled at me and I could only burst into tears.

Frío invierno sin ti




Desde mi ventana veo caer la nieve, medito pensando que la misma tormenta que hay afuera, la hay en mi corazón cubriéndola de frio, añorando tu compañía, el calor de tus manos tibias, escuchar la calidez de tu voz.

¿Cuándo vendrás? Me he quedado esperándote y esta espera se ha tornado eterna, mis días son noches, mis noches son días, mi ciclo de sueño se ha invertido por completo.

Partiste un día diciendo que volverías, debí abrazarte más, debí decirte que eres la chimenea que da calor a nuestro hogar, quizá lo hubieras pensado mejor, han pasado muchos meses que no se de ti, la desespera me está llevando por oscuros senderos en los que ya no sé ni qué estoy haciendo.

He estado pensando, que si no vienes iré en tu búsqueda, pero esta tormenta afuera pudiera congelarme en menos de una hora, sin embargo la hipotermia de la que sufre mi corazón por tu ausencia, es más cruel. En ambos casos siento que moriré.

Algo me dice que no volverás, mi corazón no siente tu palpitar, temo que algo te ocurrió y no puedo seguir esperando. Al menos quiero verte y que me digas qué está ocurriendo.

Si mañana no apareces, no me importará esté nevando fuera y acudiré a tu encuentro.

Esta noche fue la más larga que he tenido, ni siquiera pude conciliar el sueño, me visto de pieles y saldré a mi destino amado mío.

Afuera continúa nevando, aunque no con tanta intensidad, es hora de partir, no sé a qué me enfrentaré pero de ti necesito saber.

Continúo mi travesía, el frío me adormece los dedos de los pies y mis labios ese tono violeta tan lúgubre, pero mi sangre continúa corriendo por mis venas, hacen andar mis piernas y mientras camino, siento que dreno cada pena.

Han sido horas de largo comino sobre la espesa nieve, comienza de nuevo la tormenta, ¡Oh Dios ten compasión¡ me congelaré,  a lo lejos veo una vieja casa, quizá me quede allí mientras mengua la tormenta y luego continuo mi camino.

Toco la puerta pero nadie responde, entraré y me refugiaré. Noté una vieja chimenea con un carbón a medio arder, una silueta temblorosa arropada de cabeza a los pies con un sucio trapo que no distingo quien puede ser.

Saludo, la persona estira una mano, parece pedir ayuda, ¡Oh Dios! mi corazón comenzó a latir a mil por segundo. Acudo a la persona, la veo de cerca, mi sorpresa, amado mío, eres tú.

Su piel se tornó morada, sus labios estaban cuarteados, su cuerpo casi congelado, ¡No puede ser! Mi amado se estaba muriendo. Al tratar de calentarlo noté si tobillo lastimado. Encendí más el fuego, nos dimos calor humano, mi amado me sonreía y yo solo podía estallar en llanto.

Step 1️⃣ / Paso 1️⃣

Even I cried with my writing, the truth is that it's a nice story. well I tell you my step by step. Maybe this is the boring part that many people skip over, but I know that for a growing artist this part is important.

Hasta yo lloré con mi escrito, la verdad que es una linda historia. bueno les cuento mi paso a paso. Quizá sea la parte aburrida y que muchos pasan de largo pero, se que para un artista en crecimiento esta parte es importante.

It's very cold here, since two days ago the rain started again and I don't know if it's raining more outside than inside. I sleep tucked in a very fluffy comforter, it gives me a lot of warmth, but it is harmful to my allergies, so the night sneezing I imagine wakes anyone up, well, either it's my allergies or it's the cold, I end up doping myself with anti-allergic and so my drawing in my head was born.

I want it to look like acrylic paint or oil paint so I think it will be quite rustic.

I make the sketch, look for a palette in purple tones and start applying the base color by folders.

With the acrylic brush I apply the shading and light, then I blurred a little with the watercolor brush, but not so much, just to mix the color a little.

The next step I thought only to apply light strokes on the hair, it was a little difficult but I could achieve it, I erased several times the work done, then I focused only on giving light, I used my feather brush for it and a little bit of airbrush in black color.

Hace mucho frío aquí, desde hace dos días comenzó la lluvia de nuevo y no se si llueve más afuera que dentro. Duermo arropada con un edredón muy peludo, me proporciona mucho calor, pero es nocivo para mis alergias, así que los estornudos nocturnos imagino que despiertan a cualquiera, bueno, o son mis alergias o es el frio, termino dopándome con antialérgicos y así nació mi dibujo en la cabeza.

Quiero que se vez como pintura acrílica o pintura al óleo por lo que esto pienso estará bastante rústico.

Realizo el boceto, busco una paleta en tonos morado y comienzo a aplicar el color base por carpetas.

Con el pincel acrílico aplico el sombreado y la luz, luego difuminé un poco con el pincel acuarela, pero no tanto, solo para mezclar un poco el color.

El siguiente paso pensé solo aplicar trazos de luz en el cabello, me fue algo difícil pero pude lograrlo, borré varias veces el trabajo realizado, me enfoqué entonces en solo dar luz, usé mi pincel pluma para ello y un poco de aerografía en color negro.

Aplico el sombreado de piel en la misma capa, utilizo el pincel acuarelas para mezclar y luego difuminé algo  para acentuar los rasgos fasciales.

Realizo las cejas con mi pincel pelo, hago una luego la reproduzco, lo mismo que el ojo cerrado, ella está batallando con la tormenta. seguido aplico el color base de los labios.

En el siguiente paso aplico aerografía en los labios en tono oscuro y blanco para la luz.

Por último peor no menos importante el fondo.

El fondo fue logrado con la ayuda de varios pinceles. apliqué acuarelas en la parte superior, luego con el pincel nube, dibujé unas cuantas a la que apliqué sombreado. Luego con el pincel Snow Flake, recreé unos copos de nieve.
