I am in the same boat as you. I wasnt too happy with the changes to Actifit but bought AFIT tokens to get me over the threshold.

With HF21 around the corner, I will see hot things pan out here but I may only end up using Steem for Actifit and post my content on othersites like minds where I am getting tens of thousands of views for some posts compared to a handful of 'likes' here.
Hopefully HF21 brings a positive change to steem but I am feeling doubtful.
