The scary thing is that I got far superior care in Turkey than I do in the UK. Things have really gone to Hell here. If I can get fixed long enough to go back to Turkey I will just get treatment there.

It's horrible not knowing when I am going to take a bad turn, my Doctor here just doesnt care at all.
