Greetings friends,
Today I visited the local Cat Sanctuary. 馃悎I love cats, I had 5 of them with my ex. She had rescue cats. I really loved my cats. In Turkey, I was called "Cat Dad" (kedi babasi). Thing is before I met my ex I didn't really like cats but they soon quickly trained me.馃樄
Animals, like people, have fears, desires, and feelings. There's no need to bring suffering to other creatures. I understand the need to hunt or eat meat, such is the way of things but there's no need to bring undue suffering.
Speaking of which, I've noticed a growing trend among certain 'professionals' of my generation, it's a small minority but growing. This growing arrogance and over inflation of their own self-belief.馃槒
Life is hard, there's no need making it harder for others. You, me, everyone has problems going on, the thing is usually you cannot see another's suffering. We all carry our sorrows. SO there's no need to be a dick to others. Also, why behave in such a way? What in someone else makes you react in such a way? Surely the reaction comes from within, and what is causing you to behave in such a way?
We are responsible for the way we treat others, the words that come out of the mouth and the thoughts we let grow in our mind.
I dont know if's the modern "Twitter" age. But I find a large minority of people seem to lack boundaries and this need to lash out, instead of understanding. That we must be proven "right" instead of seek an understanding.馃槕
Learn to speak with others without attacking them! You don't like something then fine but don't be a fool about it. Before attacking someone ask yourself what is it that creates this feeling inside of yourself, & ask yourself how you'd react if someone sent you such a message. If you pride yourself on being a 'Professional' then have some decency and learn some basic interpersonal skills! The amount of people who have god knows how many letters behind their name & treat others like dirt but are surprised they are at the bottom of the ladder, is shocking!
So my friends, that is my rant for the week! Maybe I shall make my rants a weekly occurrence or form a cult where you all give me your Steem Dollars to attend!!

Today's training was pretty much an 9 mile walk with my Dad, I took him to see the cats and we spent the day outdoors. I value my time with him, I value my time with those who share there time with me. Life is so fragile, nothing is guaranteed and we do not know what is around the corner.
The walk was a brisk pace but nothing too strenuous. Monday I will try to resume training with a 6 mile run in the morning with a weight training session in the evening, however, it depends on time and if I can be bothered. However, it means that I do not need to train on Tuesday. But it does require some dedication.
